Preschool
We will help the children to develop skills to encourage them to learn, be confident and successful in an environment of experiences, activities and opportunities to prepare them for school,
where they will need to think for themselves, work with others and to communicate.
Opening Times
Preschool is open between 8:00 am and 17:55 pm, Monday to Friday.

We offer sessional care as well as full day care, throughout the year, except for Christmas where we close for the holiday.
​
The Centre is closed for Bank Holidays.

Funding
All children receive 15 hours free funding from the age of 3. This will start the Term after their third birthday.
Some children are entitled to 30 hours! Get in touch to see if you're eligible.
There is also 2 year old funding available
for some families.
Our Classes
Our hall is split in to two groups...
Roses and Lilies.
​
Roses is for our 2 year olds and rising 3's where we help to settle them in and nurture them before they move up to Preschool.
​
Lilies is for our 3 and 4 year olds, where we support children and their parents/ carers to make the transition to school go as smoothly as possible.
​
All children's learning is tracked by staff through regular observations, which are collected and recorded through an online tracking system, which parents also have access to.

Working with Parents and Carers
We understand it isn't easy leaving your child at Preschool for the first time, we support all our parents and carers, not just when your little one starts Preschool, but throughout their time here with us.
You can call at any time to speak with your child's keyworker or the Manager...
we will always be here for you.
